We’ve taken the classic Indian curry and made it into a delicious one pot meal perfect for the New Zealand wilderness. In addition to the tender chicken we’ve added lots of carrots and lentils to provide energy. You could share this on rice with a friend, but it tastes so good we’re sure you won’t want to.
